Cool Vintage Finds in the Shop

It’s been a while since I added some new vintage finds to my etsy shop, so this weekend I decided to get to it.
I’ve really found some fabulous things.
Vintage Hong Kong Kerosene Lanterns

Like these 2 vintage Hong Kong kerosene lanterns with mirrored backs for reflecting light. They’re probably from the 1970s.

Vintage Metal Embroidery Hoops

And this lot of 9 vintage metal embroidery hoops.

Vintage Westclox Pendulum Clock

This vintage Westclox pendulum table clock.

glass bead hematite tassel

And this pair of hematite Czeck glass bead tassels shimmer like nobody’s business, and each tassel is a whopping 11″ long from top to bottom.

Jadeite Art Deco Vase

And last but not least, this pair of jadeite art deco vases.

I have a lot more items to list and I’ve been tying to take pictures of some wind chimes that I’ve made, but it’s either been too gray and rainy or too windy to get any good shots. Hopefully I’ll be able to get them into my etsy shop soon.

Thanks so much for reading!

Have a fabulous day!

  1. Some pretty cool things Tuula. I was at the Sally Ann last week and although not vintage, grabbed a few cases of these metal tins for 20 cents each. Figured I could make chai for Christmas and use them as the containers. An exciting day!!

  2. I had never seen those Hong Kong kerosene lanterns when I was growing up in Hong Kong. I had never even seen any kerosene lanterns. These are amazingly pretty.

  3. Looks like some great additions to your shop…especially the vases. I love the color of jadeite..so pretty! Those tassels are just gorgeous too! Hope you have a wonderful week…:)
