Favourite Projects of 2015
At the end of each year I like to look through all my projects to see what your favourites were… so today I’m looking back at the favourite project of each month of 2015 based on how much traffic they received from readers, including all of you.
I had a lot of fun looking through my projects for this past year, and to be completely honest I had forgotten about a few of them so it was nice to look through them all again.
Here they are… in month order.
January – Repurposed Reversible Baking Pan Heart Wreath
February – Birdcage Makeover and Old Books
March – Repurposed Picture Frame Wind Chime
April – Repurposed Cake Server Curtain Tie Back
May – DIY Repurposed Bifold Door and Dresser Bookcases
June – Repurposed Cheese Grater Lantern
July – Repurposed Teacup Birdfeeder

November – How to Paint a Faux Rag Rug
December – Repurposed Baking Pan Gift Box
My favourite projects are not always the most popular… like my Vintage Screwdriver Sunburst Clock, which was my favourite project of the year.
Which one was your favourite? Do you see it here, or was it another project?
I love them all but my favorite has to be your hand painted rag rug! It looks so good!!
Thanks AnnMarie! I just started the other one in the hallway and hope to have it finished soon. It will be a little bit different. I hope you have an amazing New Year’s Eve!
My personal favorite was your teacup bird feeder…I’m glad to see that it made the list!! I’m looking forward to seeing what projects you have in store for 2016. Happy New Year!! 🙂 –Fran

So many great projects Tuula! It’s hard to pick a favorite but I really like that heart pan wreath, the baking pans gift box, and that faux painted rug! Awesome! I’m looking forward to seeing what you do in 2016. Happy New Year to you!

Thanks so much Patti. Happy New Year to you too!
Fun recap Tuula! I too love looking back. I’m looking forward to what your creative mind comes up with this year. Thanks for sharing with SYC.
hugs,
Jann
Thanks so much Jann!
My favorite is the rag rug. I must have missed it in Nov. You really have to be an artist to do that and have it look so real.
Thanks so much Ronny! The rag rug is easier than most people think. It’s really the tassels that give it that real look. It didn’t look real to me at all until they were done.
I just love how your creative mind works, Tuula! Thanks for sharing your favourite projects with us at Vintage Charm 🙂
Thanks so much Diana! It’s always a pleasure to link up at Vintage Charm.
You had so creative genius pieces for sure! Luv it! Thanks for sharing at Home Sweet Home and Happy New Year!
Thanks Sherry, and Happy New Year!
They are all wonderful but that Rug!!!! I still think it’s my favorite and the tea cup pumpkin! Love it too.
Thanks Sherry! I’m still loving my rug, and am working on a second one. They’re a lot of fun to paint, and the cats can’t mess with them.
You know I love your painted rug, spoon necklaces, baking pans….and all of the above. Thanks for sharing at our first Talk of the Town party.
Thanks so much Betsy! I know the new party will be a big success. I look forward to joining in each week.
