Framed Chicken Wire and Vintage Christmas Ornaments
I’m enjoying some time with the hubby today… watching Christmas movies and just relaxing by the fire.
So this is a wordless tutorial, with photos that tell the project story of this framed ornament tree just fine.
As usual everything for this project was thrifted at a total cost of $4.
How happy it makes me… priceless. And it can so easily be changed up throughout the year.
You had to know that I was going to get one more pic in of my thrifted settee before the year was over. lol.
This framed ornament tree was quite easy to put together.
Don’t forget to pin it!
Thanks so much for reading or in the case of this post… for looking.
Now to decide between Christmas in Connecticut and The Bishop’s Wife for our afternoon viewing pleasure.
Decisions… decisions.
Or maybe The Homecoming, that’s one of my all-time favourites.
It might just have to be all of them. lol.
I wish you all a Happy Christmas and a very Merry New Year!
Thanks so much for reading, and until next time…
keep on keepin’ on!

That's so pretty!!!
Thank you so much! I like that I'll be able to change it once the holiday season is over.
What a precious pink tree, Tuula! Relax and enjoy your time off and have a Very Merry Christmas! Today is my hubby's 70th birthday and we're going to a birthday party – not his, but a very good friend. It's at a country club and there will be a band, so it's party time for us. Can't wait to get on the dance floor!
Love this idea. The idea that it can be up all year, that's what I love! Have a very Merry Christmas and a Happy and Prosperous New Year! Best wishes to you and yours, Dona
Thanks so much Dona! I hope you enjoy a wonderful Christmas season.
Happy Christmas!
I never tire of your gorgeous settee. The ornament tree is just the perfect compliment for it.
You did an amazing job, super cute.
Wishing you a happy and blessed holiday season.
Hugs,
Patti
What a clever idea! My brain never would have come up with it, and it's so fun. Thanks for sharing!
Thanks so much Nicki!
How clever you are … the chicken wire, frame, feathers and pink ornaments is so pretty.
Thanks for the visit to Timeless Treasures
Christmas Blessings,

Tuula, that is just ethereal with the feathery background! I love it! Yay for pink and yay for Christmas movies!!
Very pretty! The feathers are the perfect partner to the pink balls. Have a nice little break 🙂 Thank you for linking up at the Make it Monday Party! Join us next week for one last party in 2014.
LOVE this!! I absolutely love it 🙂 Merry Christmas, sweet Tuula!
Love it Tuula! It is absolutely perfect for your master bedroom. Great idea to leave it up and change out what you hang on it with the seasons. I can picture it dressed many ways throughout the year! Hope you enjoyed your movie. I am about to watch Mr. Miracle which I recorded on the DVR. I just finished the book and am anxious to watch the movie. Happy Monday!
Rustic frames, feathers and pink. Three of my faves. Hope you relax and enjoy the holidays, Tuula!!
That is so cute. I think I want to come spend Christmas in your bedroom…..wait, that just didn't sound right….and your Santa friend might get a little jealous if he reads your blog….lol
What a great idea, love the pretty pink ornaments. Thanks for sharing at Vintage Inspiration Party. Merry Christmas to you and your family.
Happy Holidays! The pink tree is so pretty – and love the wordless tutorial, LOL! Personally, I agree with you. The Walton's "The Homecoming" is one of the best Christmas movies EVER. Was that a Hallmark Hall of Fame Production? Don't remember, and really, who cares! It was great!!!!!! Who could possibly top Patricia Neal as Mom Walton, although I do have a soft spot in my heart for Michael Learned who played her when the series came to t.v. I hope you had a wonderful Christmas, and wish you a prosperous and wonderful New Year in 2015.
Cute, cute, cute! And I see we have the same tastes in movies :).
Happy New Year Tuula!
Your pretty framed pink balls are a feature tonight on the last Make It Monday. Congratulations!
This crazy chicken lady just has to make that one for next year! Pinning
It'll keep vintage ornaments safe from those kitties of yours Maureen. Thanks for pinning!
