How to Add a Signature to Your Posts
In my last blogging tip post I had a few inquiries about how I made my signature so I thought I would share. NOTE: This is for Blogger blogs only.
First of all I have to thank Suzan over at Simply Vintageous because she did a post about this signature site last February. She has some other great blogging tips too so check out her post here.
The site is My Live Signature, and you can link to it here. It’s really cool because there are different fonts to choose from, different sizes, and colours.
When you get there click on ‘Start Now’, then click on ‘Using the Signature Creation Wizard’. Then you just follow a few simple steps… and that’s all there is to it.
When your signature is done you’ll be given its html code, which you copy and paste into a post using the html mode.
If you use the easy instructions in my blogging tip post here you can set it up so that your signature automatically appears in each new post as you open it. This saves all the copying and pasting into every new post.
If you don’t have a signature and you want one, this is the perfect solution for you. What’s stopping you? Trust me… it’s very easy.
Let me know how it works for you.
Thanks so much for reading!
Woot you're the best and so is Suzan 🙂 I'm going to make one 🙂 pinned!
Thank you so much Tuula. This will be a fantastic learning experience! I can hardly wait to try it out. Cheers!!
Way to go Tuula! I know Donna was thrilled with your help too!
Thank you Tuula from the bottom of my heart! Even though I've been doing the copy and paste thing with my signature, I didn't know how to add it automatically until now. You have shared so much with us to make our blogging posts much easier and more professional and I really appreciate your thoughtfulness and kindness. You truly rock!
I love that you shared your secrets with all of us. I can't wait to go make my own signature. Thank you so much!
I've been meaning to make a signature for a long time now, but I still haven't done it. Terrible, right? LOL
Out of all the tutorials and ways that I've seen to make a signature, I've never seen this way on how to do it. Now I'll have to decide HOW I'm going to make mine. =0)
Thanks for the info,
Kim
