Think Pink Monday: Pam from Virginia Retro

If you’ve been following me for awhile you know that pink is my favourite colour, so I’ve invited a few bloggy friends to do some pink guest posts. Let’s just call them the Pink Ladies.

Pink is the word… is the word… that you heard.
It’s got groove… it’s got meaning.
This week’s Pink Lady is Pam from Virginia Retro.

My friend Tuula, of Thrifty Rebel Vintage, asked if I would be

interested in sharing a post for Think Pink Monday.
YES please!
I love pink, and decided to share some of my pink  vintage tablecloths.
Starting with my tablecloth ladder, a great way to display several at once.

It was difficult to chose which pinks to highlight on the table.

I hope you will enjoy my choices.

I love this beautiful and feminine floral tablecloth.  I decided to use a favorite
Abingdon vase and set of  candlestick holders for the centerpiece.
This next gorgeous tablecloth was a gift from a blogging friend.
What a colorful and fabulous tablecloth, from pale pinks to bold.
I chose this vintage Jeannette shell pink milk glass for the center, perfect.
Finally, this pink bamboo design mid century beauty.
Centered by pink depression glass candlesticks & powder jar,
and the sweetest candy dish ever, another gift from a friend.

I hope you enjoyed this peek at some of my pink vintage tablecloths.
I was honored to be asked to do a post for Think Pink, and it was such fun!
I think I’m an honest to goodness Pink Lady now.
Thanks again Tuula for inviting me.

Thank you so much Pam! Your tablecloths look so great displayed on that ladder. I love every one of them, but I especially love that bold pink flora.. You chose some wonderful pink treasures for your centrepieces. Thanks for sharing your pinktabulous collection, and welcome to the Pink Ladies.

If you don’t already know Pam you should stop by her blog, Virginia Retro, for a visit. She shares vintage finds, projects, and so much more. She has what seems like an unlimited tablecloth collection that is pretty spectacular.

Thanks so much for reading and until next time…

  10. Not only do I love Pam's vintage table cloth collection, but I love the way she displays them on the table cloth hanger. Mine are typically scrunched in a drawer or storage box, which means I have to spend time ironing one if I want to use it. Of course I don't have near the collection of linens, but if I did, i would display them the Pam has shown us.
