Vintage Christmas Finds

This cold, snowy weather we’re having has started me thinking about Christmas.
I love hunting for vintage Christmas treasures. Somehow I feel the need to rescue them, and to try to find new homes for the things I don’t keep… because as much as I would like to I can’t keep everything.
These vintage goodies deserve to be loved and enjoyed for many more years to come.
This Robert Allen candle set of carollers is probably from the 50s or 60s.

Mother, father, son, and daughter… in its original box.
I love the colours of vintage light reflectors.

Here’s a set of 9 foil double layer light reflectors with silver backs…

and 12 single layer foil light reflectors,
And this set of 15 light reflectors.
The coloured centres are hard plastic, and the silver backs are a flexible plastic.

This set of 3 flocked deer is so cute.

Just as cute in white.

And these plastic frosted icicle light reflectors would certainly add sparkle to any tree.
I have two sets of 50 available.
I just listed these Christmas goodies in my Thrifty Rebel Vintage etsy shop.
I have many more Christmas finds to share so I’ll be doing a few posts over the next few weeks.
Thanks so much for reading.
Enjoy, and stay warm!
“It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas.”
